My name is Micah Lim. I own and operate Micasa Kitchen & Bar (est. 2016), and Mikey's Taverna (est. 2022).
​
I'm a Parisian Michelin trained cook who sincerely adores the craft of cuisine & hospitality. I begun this business with my dad back in 2015 where we started out as hawkers. Year 2016, 102c Jalan Jurong Kechil became available, and i moved in.
Year 2020, Covid hit and it was a therapeutic panic. I wised up and made better business decisions, and I'm proud to say we've crossed our 9th year anniversary as of April 10, 2025.

Year 2022, I opened Mikey's Taverna to make wallet-friendly; great quality cooking; fresh fresh fresh ingredients; happy and comforting dining space.
​
I am a father, husband, son & chef to a select few. But to guests of the restaurant, I hope to be the person to cook and serve a great meal
​
I don't aspire to be the best in Singapore, I just want to do MY very best at cooking and serving.
